Double WA1440 / DCAS County Champs Work Parties

1st/2nd August 2015 – this tournament is almost upon us.

Members and friends, please check your diaries and let us know when you can come to help:

Tues 28th July 7pm – work party to ready the field / facilities – lots of jobs to be done: cleaning up the club house, marking out the field, checking the “traffic lights”, checking targets, faces, pins and other required accessories.

Hopefully we’ll get everything done on the 28th – but in the event we don’t get everything done, there may be a second work party on Thurs 30th July@ 7pm.

Fri 31st July early AM – setting out targets and final preparations

Sat / Sun 1st/2nd August – tournament weekend. We need help throughout the weekend (field crew, checking score sheets, kitchen / catering help, selling raffle tickets, tidying up afterwards).

Catering: we need donations of food – cakes , pies etc…. and raffle prizes please see if you can help.
