Double American Tournament

28th June 2015 – this tournament is almost upon us.

Members and friends, please check your diaries and let us know when you can come to help:

Tues 23rd June 6:30 for 7pm-ish – work party to ready the field / facilities – lots of jobs to be done: cleaning up the club house, marking out the field, checking targets, faces, pins and other required accessories

Hopefully we’ll get everything done on the 23rd June- but in the event we don’t get everything done, there may be a second work party on Thurs 25th June @ 7pm.

Sat 27th June 10AM – quick session to put the marquee up. This will not take long if we get lots of hands to help !

Sun 28th June– tournament day. We especially need help to set out the targets etc., then to cope with the lunch-time catering rush, and at the end of the day to tidy away. We also need help through the day (field crew – this tournament involves a lot if distance changes, checking score sheets, general kitchen help, selling raffle tickets).
