WRS Double WA720 Tournament

10th May 2015 – this tournament is almost upon us.

Members and friends, please check your diaries and let us know when you can come to help:

Thurs 5th May  7pm – work party to ready the field / facilities – lots of jobs to be done:  cleaning up the club house, marking out the field, checking the “traffic lights”, checking targets, faces, pins and other required accessories

Hopefully we’ll get everything done on the 5th May – but in the event we don’t get everything done, there may be a second work party on Thurs 7th May @ 7pm.

Sat 9th May  10AM – quick session to put the marquee up.  This will not take long if we get lots of hands to help !

Sun 10th May – tournament day.  We especially need help to set out the targets etc.  (starting 7:30AM), then to cope with the lunch-time catering rush, and at the end of the day to tidy away (shooting is expected to finish around 5pm).  We also need help through the day (field crew, checking score sheets, general kitchen help, selling raffle tickets).

Catering:  I have already circulated a wish list from Ann C.  please let me or Ann know if you can offer to provide any items on the list.
